     First and foremost, " THANK YOU" for your time, effort and interest in wanting to get to know of me and or of my current issues of "Judicial Injustice". 

    I pray that you take the time to review this page in full with an open mind and heart.

                                                                   Commonwealth V. Travis Eugene Williams

                                                     November 16, 2004

        In Virginia ( U.S.A.) :

         On January 19, 2004, Williams was at the Petersburg Police Department reporting his cell phone stolen when Detective Liverman of the Petersburg Police arrived and asked to speak with Williams at his office.  Williams went with Detective Liverman voluntarily where he was questioned regarding a robbery.  Williams denied any knowledge and involvement in said robbery while voluntarily subjecting himself to random testing of DNA swabs and swab samples for gun powder residue.  Williams further voluntarily gave several items of his clothing to be tested and was allowed to leave.  The next day, Detective Liverman arrived at William's job and placed him under arrest.".  Liverman illegally coerced Williams and deleted approximately 30 minutes from the video recorded interrogation ( both interrogations were recorded) to conceal the coercion.  Williams was taken to the Police Department and served with 10 indictments.  At the preliminary hearing, 4 indictments were nol-pros and 6 were certified to the Circuit Court.  Trial was set for September 13, 2004 and resulted in a hung jury.  A new trial was set for November 16, 2004 and began with the defense moving to suppress the video confession due to it's missing parts.  The court agreed and instructed the prosecutor to leave the video out of the proceeding.  During trial, the prosecutor deliberately played the video anyway ( despite the trial court's instructions)  to saway a verdict of guilty. Williams was then found guilty and the defense motioned to strike the Commonwealth's case.  The court denied the motion, despite the facts and upheld the convictions.
