CellPals.Com is a free public access website. We do not charge membership fees for freeworld visitors to participate at CellPals! or to gain prisoner addresses. You, the visitor, are not required to provide any personal information about yourself, fill out any forms, or pay any fees while at CellPals.Com unless you are purchasing a service for a prisoner.

We are free and there are no gateways at CellPals.Com which will lead you to where you will have to pay some type of membership fee. We offer educational resources, links to enhance education of the prison system and we provide ads, which were written by prisoners in order to obtain pen pals. The addresses for all of our prisoner listings may be located at the top of each prisoner page and are free for you to obtain.

Our fundings are gained by prisoner registration fees in order for prisoners to obtain personal ad/listings on CellPals.Com. Prisoners and, families of prisoners, soley fund CellPals.Com in order to seek positive influences during a given term of incarceration. It is hoped that a healthy pen pal relationship will not only be a positive experience for many prisoners, who have had few, but will also aid in lowering the recidivism rates of America's prisons.
