(8) : Inmates shall not use correspondence
privileges to solicit or otherwise commercially
advertise for money, goods or services; this
includes advertising for pen-pals. 12-15-2010 The law 33-210-101 (8) has been revised. 33-210-101 ( 9 ) states that Florida inmates are no longer prohibited from going on pen pal sites as long as they are not soliciting money, goods or pen pals. they have the right to write and express themselves. |
