     Greetings from Florida's Death Row....my world....and a world that hopefully you will never experience.  I've been confined to this 9 X 7....63 square foot cage for over 20 years; For the armed robbery and shooting death of a 38 year old, White male.  I encourage you to go over to my website and read the two essays on my case titled " The Murder" and " The Evidence", at:

     You will witness my incompetent trial attorney turned judge and his failure to investigate, bring in evidence, track down witnesses and even his failure to cross examine witnesses during the trial.  What you will blatantly witness is the state's attempt to murder me under the mantel of justice.  You will view evidence never seen by the jury. ( bloody clothing,( my co-defendant's) and perjured testimony that should and could have been brought out at trial.  You will see a prosecutor manipulate a jury; And, my incompetent court appointed trial attorney's ineffectiveness.  You will also witness an appeal lawyer's attempt to cover up these mistakes and protect two judges.  This will be an eye opening journey that I hope you share with others.
