I'm utilizing this space on several levels and can only hope it gives insight on the person I've become.
First, if anyone is reading this, knew the "old me", prior to 97, I'm so sorry. I was, during those years, genuinely, such a tortured soul;  deeply regretful for so much, but I can't change the past, we can't go back, only move forward, and this is what I've done.

Longfellow wrote, "The leaves of memory rustle mournfully in the dark."  I read that and began a journey to better myself. I've been in prison many years, through violence, hate and pain, I began to emerge. Berne once stated, "Adversity breeds toughness and the tough survive and succeed".
I'm just now reaching out to the world, after years of reflect, self educating, deep soul searching and much change and inward growth, looking for true people and possibly that special person.
Starting over one needs the basics, friends with common bonds, a support net work, person whom one is true to themselves. Honest, sincere, educated, philosophical. So, if you're looking for a well rounded person, with life experience beyond the "norm", and you enjoy life and the things it has to offer....travel, movies, books, music of many generations and languages, working, upgrade on and around the house, boating, fishing, walks, moderate exercise, enjoying time spent with someone that has a good sense of humor and a fresh outlook, please consider this tattered man.....Veni, Vidi, Vici.....
