Hello.  My name is  Peter Blackford, but everyone calls me " Prince Starquan".  I'm a 29 year old ( 7 - 91 - 81 ) Jamaican/Cuban male.  I consider myself a fun guy to be around.  I think a few words that can describe me are:  " warm, kind, protective and understanding."  I believe one of my greatest quality is, I'm secure with the man that " I AM" and thus, I encourage those around me to embrace their individuality and love the person that they are.  Also, I have a mind that's always full of romantic adventures that only two men with kindred spirits can pull off.  I'm into kids, dogs and being the first in line to back up those I love.  As for you, surprise me.  I'm not expecting perfection.  The only thing I ask is that you be a nice guy who can find a place in his heart for me.

     I've been confined since I was 16 years old.  And now, at 29 years, I'm ready to return back to society.  Since my confinement I've received my GED, along with two years of college.  I'm also certified by NYS and the D.O.H. to be an HIV/AIDS Counselor.  I plan to use these in order to become gainfully employed.  Also, I'm willing to relocate and travel when released.

     I think I'll leave you with that.  I hope something I've said will spark an interest in you.  Please:  If you're "NOT SERIOUSLY LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM FRIENDSHIP",  don't waste my time!  In these past 14 years, I've had enough people "pop into" my life and just as quickly " pop out".  That's not what I'm looking for.  With that said, I'm open to write anyone that's looking for a real friend.  If you can, please send a photo.
