The CellPals "Powerball is a page for the guys and women, that are serious about their websites. Money is not easy for an inmate to come by, and these people are serious enough to pay for the privilege of being on the Powerball page. They hope you will see them first, improving their chances of being responded to.

Inmates that have requested pen pals.  We cannot do sites for them all, so we've made a page for them, with their addresses on it.  If you want to help someone that has no money for sites and no familyplease take a look and write one of these folks. We have not distinguished between, Male, Female, Gay, Black, White, American Indian, etc.....these AMERICANS,in trouble, just need to know they are not forgotten.
